Hdrp is buggy but getting better and it works great. Urp is very good but for some reason I am enjoying hdrp more than urp. Sure some things are harder to do lick camera stacking or ui rendering but it really is better for pc dev than urp. Urp is great but it is a little top heavy. If you install urp it takes frames down by half of srp.
